So – the weather has been a little odd lately. Take, for example, Las Vegas. Recently “sin city” was hit with an unexpected snowstorm.

Why was it unexpected? Because it never snows in Las Vegas. In fact, the town is known for being hot most of the time – it’s not often that snow hits the strip.

Ethan Miller from Getty Images managed to snap some shots of the snow covered town and give us a good first hand look at the situation. (Is it just me, or does the MGM Grand look like it’s a screenshot from Stargate?)
