Airplanes across Europe took back to the skies again today after volcanic ash from Iceland shut down airports across the globe since Thursday of last week.

Although many flights were being scheduled, wary eyes are looking at a new cloud of volcanic ash that is moving towards the continent.

Tuesday Air France announced they would be operating all of their regularly scheduled long-haul flights out of Paris and Lufthansa Airlines revealed that they would start flying some of their intercontinental flights out of German airports.  Many more airlines are back up and running, while UK’s Heathrow Airport is still trying to play catch-up.
